End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User” or “You”) and Schoolpool LLC (“Company,” “We,” “Our,” or “Us”) for the use of the Schoolpool app (“App”). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. User Conduct
You agree not to:

  • Send offensive, harmful, or abusive messages or content via the App, including but not limited to, hate speech, harassment, threats, or any other content that may be deemed offensive or inappropriate by us.
  • Upload, display, or share any offensive or inappropriate content in your profile, including but not limited to, pornography, explicit content, discriminatory statements, or anything that could cause harm or distress to other users.

3. Prohibited Content
You must not use the App to:

  • Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  • Post, transmit, or distribute offensive or inappropriate content, including but not limited to content that promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activities.
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or harms the functioning of the App or its services.

4. Personal Data Collection and Privacy
The App collects and uses personal information, including but not limited to your home address, birthday, and other personal details. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • First and last name: We collect your name for display on the app
  • Home Address: The App may request your home address to provide location-based services.
  • Birthday: We may collect your birthday for age verification or personalization features.

We do not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Content Moderation
We reserve the right to monitor and review content submitted by users, including messages and profiles, and to remove or block any content that violates this Agreement or our community standards. We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms.

6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, for any reason, including any violation of this Agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” without any warranties or guarantees. We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities resulting from the use of the App, including content posted by other users.

8. Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
